All sales are final, there are no returns or exchanges.

Please note that each item is handcrafted and no two pieces are exactly alike. Items offered are similar in color and placement. Website photos are a close portrayal of individual items.

• We understand that occasional errors can occur, and in such cases, we request that you reach out to us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will make every effort to assist with adjustments, but please be aware that your order will not be refunded.
• If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
