Customer is responsible for the cost of a return label.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

A tracking number will be emailed to you once an order is fulfilled. Casa de Figue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged during delivery by the carrier, a claim can be filed by the recipient. A claim can be filed after 15 days from the delivery date.
